The Council on Aging of Buncombe County, along side the N.C. Department of Insurance’s Seniors’ Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP), broadcasts its classes “Introduction to Medicare – Understanding the Puzzle” for July – September 2022. The classes will explain how Medicare works, the enrollment process, learn how to avoid penalties, and ways to lower your expenses.
The classes are held either in-person or via Zoom, as noted below, and are free and open to the general public.
Anyone who’s latest to Medicare, caregivers, and others who help senior residents with their Medicare insurance should consider attending this informative class. The knowledge presented is unbiased and accurate. No products are sold, really useful, or endorsed.
